Wellness Coordinator ($24/hour)

Wellness and integrative medicine clinic hiring for front desk and reception staff.
Hours: M-F office hours
Type: contract to hire

Responsibilities:
Be the first line of contact for patients and clients upon entering
Updating patient information
Promoting sales opportunities and scheduling more upcoming visits
Ensuring quality customer service
Answering questions and phone calls

Requirements:
At least 1 recent year of medical office experience, preferably in dermatology, concierge, or plastic surgery settings
Strong customer service skills
Passion for wellness and/or fitness a plus
