The Talent Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent development initiatives across all three Talent Development departments; Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Talent Programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Development, this position is responsible for coordinating live, in-person, and virtual training and program meetings, conducting reporting and analytics, as well as managing the billing and processing for the Talent Development Team. The coordinator will also maintain the Talent Development event calendar and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $29.82HOUR OR $39.76HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
