01How long does my posting stay live?+
Free postings stay live for 30 days, then expire. Pro and Unlimited postings stay live until you close them — no expiration, even if a role takes longer than expected to fill.
02Are there per-hire fees or commissions?+
Never. Hire as many candidates as you want at any tier — no contingency fees, no placement fees, no aggregator kickbacks. The flat monthly subscription is everything you pay.
03Can I edit a posting after it goes live?+
Yes. Edit, pause, or close any posting from your dashboard at any time. Changes go live within minutes.
04What happens when I hit my plan's posting limit?+
Free allows one role per calendar month. Pro allows up to 50 active postings per month. Unlimited has no cap. If you hit a limit, close older postings to make room — or upgrade tiers, which takes seconds from the dashboard and is prorated.
05How do I get on Pro or Unlimited?+
Paid tiers are paused while we finish the ATS, resume database, and featured-placement features they advertise. Until they relaunch, the Free tier is the only self-serve option.
