Job Description
POSITION PROFILE:
The Accounts Payable Supervisor works directly with the Controller to ensure accurate, consistent and strong financial controls are always utilized.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Code Vendor Invoices
- Pay & File Open Invoices Online
- Bi-Weekly Check Run on all Open Invoices
- Reconcile & Code Credit Card Statements
- Code Expense & Mileage Employee Reimbursements
- Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Bank run and Post Office as needed (once a month)
PREREQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Accounting degree preferred
- 2 + years of bookkeeping experience
JOB KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Competence in General Ledger Accounts & Classes for coding invoices.
- QuickBooks Online knowledge a MUST
