The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support, assuming proprietary, confidential projects and activities that can include preparing financial, sales and operational reports and presentations, and performing support functions such as preparing correspondence and bid proposals, arranging conference calls, and scheduling travel and meetings.
This position is also responsible for the daily operation of the local Schaumburg, IL office, serving as the primary on-site vendor contact as well as property management liaison for all related activities. Expectation is to be located and based full-time in the office per corporate policy.
This position directly supports the President, NFI Brokerage, and EVP, Chief Commercial Officer of the organization.
Responsibilities:
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,561.92 - 94,082.56. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
