Job Summary: First line responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Admitting & ED Registration, Pre-Registration, CaroMont Imaging, CaroMont Endoscopy Center and Radiation Oncology registration staff. Establishes workflow for achievement of Access Management objectives to the patient population that utilizes the services of CaroMont Health. Additional responsibilities include interviewing, hiring/firing, scheduling, performance evaluations, quality reviews, timecard reconciliation, staff education, coaching, development, support and promotion of customer relations, and monitoring of activities to ensure performance standards are achieved
Qualifications: Education and formal training: Two year degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred. Three to five years of progressive responsibility and experience in access management. Working knowledge of access management, patient accounting, and information systems related to a healthcare environment. Thorough skills in managing and motivating people. Considerable ability to communicate effectively
