Bilingual Administrative Assistant – Commercial Property
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at a commercial property in Bridgeport, CT. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while assisting both tenants and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general office inquiries
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling, work orders, and vendor coordination
  • Support property management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing questions and concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) communication support for residents and vendors
  • Assist with service requests and ensure timely follow-up

Property Operations Support:

  • Help coordinate maintenance requests and track completion
  • Assist with invoice processing and basic reporting
  • Maintain organized tenant and vendor files

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Previous administrative or property management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
