Job Description
Hours 8:30am – 5pm – 30 minute lunch
Pay $23/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist B2B callers and Sales Representatives with orders, billing, account questions and product information.
- Assist International B2B customers with orders, shipments and information.
- Enter orders received via phone, fax, email, iPad, EDI and web into SAP system.
- Create new customer accounts into SAP system.
- Perform account updates and membership checks.
- Evaluate and process credit adjustments.
- Communicate via phone or email with customers and employees.
- Track orders, filing and miscellaneous duties as needed.
Requirements
- Prior customer service and order entry experience preferred
- Prior international business experience in service and logistics preferred
- Excel & word required
- SAP experience preferred
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
