Inside Sales Representative
Location:
Dover, NH
Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Position Duties:
- Make outbound calls and engage with potential clients to support business development for technology and software solutions
- Guide conversations to gather information about companies and their needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Position Requirements:
- Strong phone presence and personality for sales
- Experience in sales or outbound calling preferred
- Ability to discuss semi-technical topics clearly
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Pay Rate:
- $18-20/hour with monthly performance incentives

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
