Job Description

Temporary Assignment 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm 

Pay: $38/hr 

Responsibilities

  • Handles confidential information that could have immediate negative impact on the department, its operations, performance, or the many and diverse stakeholders it serves, if shared beyond its intended audience. Discretion is mandatory.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence in supporting the CEO’s office on a wide variety of complex issues. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality
  • Performs complex and confidential secretarial functions, including developing and typing recorded dictation or written correspondence. Responds to routine external correspondence.
  • Manages daily schedule and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Types memo’s, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents. Responds to phone inquiries and summarizes information gathered at meetings
  • Assists the CEO in the timely management of all communication, both written and oral, via telephone, e-mail and voicemail with a variety of stakeholders; composes letters and statements independently requiring interpretation and application of  policies, rules and regulations, and monitors the responses.
  • Drafts correspondence and reports for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Personnel Committee. Responsible for performing and/or overseeing all secretarial duties for the Board of Directors
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence in supporting the CEO’s office on a wide variety of complex issues
  • Attends meetings at the regional and State level as assigned by the CEO
  • Responsible for performing and/or overseeing all secretarial duties for the Board of Directors of the Corporation
  • Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget on for the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Personnel Committee

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of an associate’s degree is required from an accredited college or graduation from an accredited business school. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years related experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across all levels of the organization

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
