Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take and relay messages accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Report and manage company package insurance claims.
  • Receive and manage customer complaints.
  • Order supplies for management office.
  • Request and update annual permits/licenses for all locations.
  • Collaborate and support the Accounts Payable Clerk with AP duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
 

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellent administrative support.
