Senior Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations in Missouri (USA).This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and optimize the design, implementation, and management of global total rewards and HR operations programs. The Senior Manager will act as a strategic partner, aligning compensation, workforce planning, and HR processes with business objectives while leading a team of analysts and specialists. This position blends hands-on execution with leadership, requiring advanced data analysis, HRIS management, and system configuration skills. The role ensures the companys reward programs are competitive, compliant, and scalable while providing actionable insights to drive talent strategy and organizational performance. Reporting directly to the COO, this position is highly visible, cross-functional, and critical to the success of the organizations people and business strategy.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of four HR analysts/specialists, providing coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Act as a working manager, personally executing complex compensation analysis, HRIS configuration, and workforce modeling.
  • Design, implement, and manage global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and sales compensation, ensuring competitiveness and equity across regions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and People teams to align workforce planning with business goals and budgets.
  • Conduct data-driven workforce analytics to identify talent trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into strategic decisions.
  • Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, system administration, and efficient operations.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of high-priority HR programs, including salary adjustments, promotion cycles, and talent assessment processes.
  • Ensure global compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and pay equity regulations, including internal and external audits.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting on organizational growth, talent investment, and resource utilization.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and technology enhancements to optimize HR operations.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Analytics, or HR Operations, including 35 years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience designing and managing multi-country compensation programs and HRIS systems (Oracle SuitePeople preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in complex data modeling, advanced Excel/spreadsheet functions, and HRIS reporting/configuration.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, audit management, pay equity, data privacy, and global labor laws.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to convey complex financial and HR concepts clearly.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, WLCP) preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid/remote environment while fostering collaboration across teams.
