Performs salary and job analysis for all SHS positions with the exception of providers. Conducts research, participates in surveys, and performs market and cost analysis. Maintains the job description library, documentation of grade/range placement, survey management data, and position and compensation related tables in HR information system. Participates in process improvement activities and assists with compensation program implementation and training.
