About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a Welcome Center team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers and agents, providing high-quality support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and agents
Provide Tier 1 support including account questions, portal navigation, and general policy information
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
Assist with outbound customer communications
Maintain knowledge of systems, tools, and services
Support team initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience (call center or insurance preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
