Bill & Revenue Analyst - International      The Role at a Glance  Responsible for auditing, verifying, and processing international order billing, ensuring accuracy between quotes and actual costs. Enters data into United and MoverSuite systems, distributes revenue, reconciles receivables, and resolves discrepancies. Maintains regular communication with United Van Lines, agents, and customers.     How You’ll Contribute  The Bill & Revenue Analyst for international orders is responsible for verifying and processing billing information by comparing quotes to actual vendor invoices and entering updated data into the United system. This role includes checking contracts, memos, and special billing instructions to ensure order accuracy, as well as auditing forwarder-rated billing to confirm all charges are correct. The analyst also creates and sends invoices using the MoverSuite system and completes Government Bill of Lading (GBL) forms for government orders as required....
