RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take and relay messages accurately.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Report and manage company package insurance claims.
Receive and manage customer complaints.
Order supplies for management office.
Request and update annual permits/licenses for all locations.
Collaborate and support the Accounts Payable Clerk with AP duties.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
