Summary of the Position Are you a strategic finance leader with a strong background in workforce financial planning and compensation analysis? We are seeking an Interim Senior Manager, FP&A – Global Compensation Planning (6-Month Contract) to provide leadership and continuity during a critical period. In this role, you will lead compensation planning, forecasting, and reporting across the organization, while partnering closely with HR, Total Rewards, and Finance leadership.
