VP Human Resources POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for the strategic alignment of Human Resources for Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN). This position is responsible for developing and leading policies, programs, systems and relationships that support all acute care and corporate components of these health systems, including employee engagement efforts, employee and labor relations, HRIS, talent acquisition, compensation and performance management. Oversees the local implementation of benefits and workers compensation programs.
