OB Clinic RN  *Bilingual Spanish required! Outpatient clinic seeking an RN Maternal Child Health Care Coordinator! Temp through December 2026  Schedule: Monday through Friday, either 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm Pay:  $50/hour  Responsibilities:  Coordinates with prenatal clinician and care team to develop a prenatal care plan addressing all identified problems  Conducts OB intakes for all women who enter the High Risk OB Clinic  Contacts High Risk OB patients directly as needed to coordinate care, including postpartum care, reminder calls to patients when necessary, handling triage calls from High Risk OB patients, and follow up on test results as directed by the prenatal clinician  Supports OB patients through the coordination of care for designated high risk OB patients  Conducts regular chart reviews for High Risk OB patients to help ensure components of routine prenatal care are being accomplished, to identify missed care/gaps in care, and act to address...
