Vaccine RN Assignment:  Temp to possible hire  Location:  Haverhill MA  Schedule:  Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm, Tuesdays until 6:30pm Pay:  $50/hour  Responsibilities:  Safely administers and accurately documents immunizations and medications. Reviews lab results and determines next steps for care. Triages walk-in patients and patients over the phone. Provides patient education. Provides wound care treatment. Performs mental exams (SLUMS, RUDAS MOCA). Performs purified protein derivative (PPD) testing. Conducts functional assessments. Conducts vision screenings. Qualifications Active MA RN License Current CPR/BLS Certification MUST have vaccine experience or community health experience  Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
