Position Summary This position’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and guidance in the functional areas of Human Resources, including, but not limited to: employment, ADA, retention, employee relations, organization development, and training. Essential Duties Supports leaders and provides a consultative approach to all types of Human Resources and employment matters. Advises and assists leadership and staff with interpretation and application of personnel policies, procedures and legal compliance.
