Overview:
The Brokerage Shipper Account Manager is responsible for driving organic business growth of existing brokerage customers and further developing long term relationships with our shipper contacts.
Responsibilities:
Effectively identifying key decision makers, their needs and managing and growing shipper relationships on assigned accounts. Growing volume, margin and revenue by identifying growth opportunities, cross selling ILS services and coordinating with all appropriate NFI resources and client decision makers to present solutions.
