Overview:
The Player Services Lead Representative is responsible for assisting the Player Services Management Staff in the successful operation of Player Services Department. Representative is responsible for assisting the frontline representatives in accurate accounting of all financial transactions handled at the casino cage and assisting the guest to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the Player Services operation. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
