The Program Specialist ensures the efficient operation of the program as project, activity and service lead and supports administrative tasks and compliance functions. The role may contribute to grant writing and reporting, coordinating survey design and program assessments, and providing data collection, analysis, and reporting support. The position also manages volunteer processes including recruitment, documentation, tracking, and background checks and provides direct assistance to 27 sites and maintains effective communication with clients, volunteers, community partners, and the public....
