Overview: The Talent Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent development initiatives across all three Talent Development departments; Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Talent Programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Development, this position is responsible for coordinating live, in-person, and virtual training and program meetings, conducting reporting and analytics, as well as managing the billing and processing for the Talent Development Team. The coordinator will also maintain the Talent Development event calendar and assist with various administrative tasks as needed. Overview: The Compensation Partner performs activities necessary to support NFI’s Compensation programs including but not limited to: providing data to the business to support pay decisions and initiatives, analyzing data, completing various audits, and supporting NFI’s various merit increase cycles. This role will participate in various cross-functional projects, collaborating with all HR centers of excellence as well as areas of the business outside of the Human Resources team. This position will report to the Compensation Manager.
