Overview: The Talent Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent development initiatives across all three Talent Development departments; Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Talent Programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Development, this position is responsible for coordinating live, in-person, and virtual training and program meetings, conducting reporting and analytics, as well as managing the billing and processing for the Talent Development Team.
