Ullicos Real Estate Debt Group offers construction and permanent debt financing for commercial real estate. This position will service Ullicos commercial construction loan investment portfolio; from the loans closing to the loans project completion or loan payoff. This relates to both construction debt and construction equity accounts. Primary focus includes working with customers to obtain the required documentation necessary to advance draws as the project progresses.
