Responsibilities:
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm (8 hour work day with a 30-minute lunch) Position Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative professionally responds and interfaces directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring customer’s needs are met timely and accurately Handle all camera review with regards to product. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure that the call center adheres to all policies and procedures specific to each location while addressing customer needs You will supply information for daily business operations and handle all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 1 plus years of general experience
