Essential Duties Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices and credit memos in accordance with contract terms, purchase orders, and company policies. Review sales orders, shipping documents, and supporting data to ensure proper billing alignment. Enter and maintain billing data in the SAP, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with Sales, Contracts, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation.
