Violations Processing Team Member – Automated Photo-Enforcement

 

The Role:

Perform photographic and evidential review using proprietary software to process vehicle violations and subsequently create and issue Notices, specifically:

  • Review photographic and video evidence of vehicle violations
  • Determine the validity of a violation using guidelines set forth by the industry as well as our clients
  • Manage violation rules to ensure compliance with client requirements in an efficient and careful manner
  • Accessing registered owner and vehicle information
  • Develop strong, positive working relationships with team members 

    Essential baseline qualifications:

  • Process photo enforcement camera violations using web-based tools
  • Meet production and quality goals
  • High comfort level with using technology to facilitate work
  • The ability to concentrate and maintain high attention to detail
  • Maintain professional appearance, attitude and attendance record
  • Must work well within a team environment as well as function independently under minimal supervision with a high degree of accountability and accuracy
  • Strong professional references to support excellent track record
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed 

    Qualifications

  • Must pass background check and fingerprinting by federal security agencies
  • Must adhere to drug free workplace policies
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics or similar role
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks (meet hourly quotas of video reviewing/evidence file)
  • Professionalism and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Quality driven, strong attention to detail
  • Possess excellent time management skills
  • Be a critical thinker
  • Responsive to feedback
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
  • Positive “can-do” attitude

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
