Valet Attendant/Bell Person

It is the responsibility of the Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while performing a high level of customer service.  This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). 

Bell Person 
As a Bell Person, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage. • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with valet & luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service 
• Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions 
• Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings 
• Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services 
• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay 
• Adhere to all security and safety regulations 
• Park and retrieve all guests and patrons cars using care and caution at all times, following all departmental rules and regulations as well as driving safety rules.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Assist Bell & Door employees as needed.
• Write claim tickets for guests vehicles being parked as specified in departmental rules.
• Perform duties of traffic control and monitoring driveway lanes to efficiently park and retrieve guests vehicles.

• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant and/or Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Professional appearance and demeanor 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
