As an IT Asset Manager, you’ll manage both technology and people. On the technology side, you’ll improve operational efficiencies and create value for our customers by identifying and addressing areas of improvement and by working with our internal teams to build better solutions and processes. On the people's side, you’ll build a team of high performers by recruiting, developing, mentoring, and managing individual contributors at all levels.
This role will be in person 5 days a week in Camden NJ.

Stays up to date with current trends and emerging technologies in their area of expertise, serving as a knowledgeable resource to all levels of the organization.
Job-Specific Requirements:
Provide supervision to staff of procurement and asset management associates
Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software assets as well as the processing of procurement requests and inquiries about existing ones
Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software licenses to make sure they comply with vendor contracts
Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle
Ensure effective management of the CMDB and that the content contained is accurate
Provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis together with unscheduled reporting demanded by management
Generate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports on current assets and CIs and their status; also perform trend analyses
Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management as well as procurement processes
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely explain technology solutions in business terms.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the latest technology for IT systems and management
Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management and procurement processes successfully

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $128,827.14 - 171,769.52 USD Annual. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
