Join our veterinary practice as a Hospital Manager and lead a dedicated team committed to exceptional animal care! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll orchestrate the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to our patients.

*Anticipated start date for this role would be mid-May*

• Inspirational Leadership: You'll build and lead a cohesive, motivated team by communicating clear objectives, recognizing achievements, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive hospital culture.
• Operational Excellence: You'll ensure smooth daily operations by optimizing workflows, managing schedules effectively, and implementing systems that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Financial Stewardship: You'll drive the financial health of our practice through budget management, revenue oversight, accurate reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Team Development: You'll recruit, train, and mentor our support staff, helping them develop professionally while building a collaborative environment focused on exceptional care.
• Client Experience Champion: You'll create and maintain a client-centered environment, ensuring every pet owner receives attentive service and promptly addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Having full-time availability, Saturday shifts may be required
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and developing culture
• Outstanding communication abilities that allow you to connect effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders
• Impressive organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving expertise that helps you navigate challenges with creative, effective solutions
• Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Adaptability and resilience when facing changing priorities and high-pressure situations
• Detail-oriented approach to compliance, record-keeping, and operational procedures

• Bachelor's degree in business or an animal related field preferred
• 5+ years of Hospital Management experience in an animal hospital 
• Technician license (RVT) designation is preferred
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is a plus
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (ezyVet)
