CNC Setup Operator
Location: 
Worcester, MA
Hours: 

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 3pm

Position Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts including boring, milling, drilling, thread milling, and rigid tapping
• Download and adjust CNC programs; perform machine offsets, tapers, and basic preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret technical drawings; apply GD&T and SPC principles
• Inspect parts for quality; document results and notify of deviations
• Maintain clean work area, tools, and equipment
• Assist with special projects as needed

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification a plus
• 3+ years relevant CNC experience
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and listening skills
• Intermediate math (algebra, geometry) and computer proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Solidworks or Syteline ERP a plus
• Knowledge of Quality and ISO standards; ability to communicate effectively in English (ESL acceptable)

Pay Rate: 

• $25/hour
