Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will work closely with employees and leaders to deliver tailored HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring a positive impact across your assigned business functions. Your responsibilities include:

Talent Development: Champion initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, career development, succession planning, and promotion readiness, ensuring employees and leaders are aligned for long-term growth. Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative and empowering work environment through strong relationships, open communication, and initiatives that reinforce productivity, retention, and morale. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring teams to attract top talent, develop pipeline strategies, and design seamless onboarding processes that set employees up for success from day one. Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership in resolving workforce challenges, proactively addressing concerns, and mitigating risks while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Change Management: Drive effective change by providing insights, data-driven solutions, and strategic recommendations that align with enterprise-wide objectives and ensure operational sustainability. Continuous Improvement: Champion the enhancement of HR processes and practices to better serve employees and leaders. Identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement innovative HR initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency and organizational growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the overall HR operating model and ensure alignment with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with proven expertise in partnering strategically with business leaders. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong understanding of Total Rewards strategy, including compensation structures, employee benefits, recognition programs, and performance incentives that align with organizational objectives.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and effectively inform leadership decision-making. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and connect with employees across all levels of the organization. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a record of working independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
