Job Description:
As a Vacation Booking Coordinator, you’ll help clients turn their travel dreams into reality by researching and booking customized vacation options. This is a flexible, remote opportunity perfect for someone who thrives in a service-based, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel plans including cruise lines, hotels, and full vacation packages
• Understand and match client goals with personalized recommendations
• Utilize a wide range of travel suppliers to offer the best deals
• Provide top-tier service and support through the entire booking process
• Keep records organized and up-to-date
• Join team trainings and supplier updates to stay sharp and informed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Great attention to detail and communication skills
• Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and client support
• Interest in travel and hospitality
• Customer service or sales background helpful, but not mandatory

Compensation details: 25000-75000 Yearly Salary
