About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our service operations run smoothly by managing parts orders, inventory, and customer communication.

What the Parts Associate will Do:
- Monitor customer portals and email regularly
- Order parts and track delivery status
- Receive and organize incoming parts inventory
- Process and ship parts returns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with customer service to schedule service calls
- Process customer payments as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory and records
- Communicate order updates and timelines to customers
- Handle escalated customer inquiries when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Prepare orders for shipping and complete invoicing documentation
- Continue learning product lines and systems
- Occasionally Run or transport parts to Service Techs in the field or to other Distribution locations.
- Support additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Basic understanding of accounting/math practices
- Experience with EPass is a plus
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures (hot/cold)
- Moderate noise levels, with occasional exposure to louder areas
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse
- Use of hands for handling, typing, and equipment
- Visual abilities including close vision, distance, and depth perception
