Customer Representative | Cruise Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking service-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cruise Specialist. This role involves assisting clients with cruise planning, reservation coordination, and providing a smooth and enjoyable booking experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences
• Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations
• Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements
• Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information
• Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications
• Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized
• Comfortable using online systems and booking tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote or structured environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
