Compensation & Benefits:
$500,000 guaranteed base salary for the first 3 years (no upper limit)
Quarterly bonuses if profitability exceeds guarantee during those years
Partnership track with productivity-based compensation

Position Overview:
A large, physician-owned multispecialty group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a well-established Cardiology division. This role includes a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults within a high-volume practice.
Practice Details:
Robust outpatient services with access to:
3-D echocardiography
Nuclear stress testing
Cardiac CT
Holter monitoring
Cardiologists interpret EKGs, Holters, echocardiograms, and stress tests
Supported by a team of cardiac NPs/PAs in the hospital
Weekly rotating inpatient consult schedule
Hospital Coverage:
The team rounds exclusively at a local community hospital that offers:
Echocardiography, EKG, Holter monitoring
Nuclear stress testing
Cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions
ICU and monitored cardiac beds
A second nearby hospital provides electrophysiology, open heart surgery, and structural interventions.
Inpatient responsibilities include:
Consults from Hospital Medicine
Management of CHF, arrhythmias, acute MI, and other cardiac conditions
Group Structure:
Physician-owned multispecialty organization with 160+ providers
Strong internal referral base from a large primary care network
Comprehensive in-house imaging and laboratory services
Stable, growing practice with partnership opportunity
Location:
Fall River offers easy access to both urban and coastal New England living—approximately:
20 minutes from Providence, RI
1 hour from Boston, MA
30 minutes from Cape Cod and Newport, RI
