The Opportunity: You will serve as a foundational support pillar for our daily office and financial operations in a fast-paced construction environment. How You Will Make an Impact:
Execute accurate financial data entry within QuickBooks to maintain up-to-date vendor information and job records.
Coordinate incoming communications by answering phones and providing professional customer service to clients and partners.
Administer payroll data entry while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for all employee information.
Organize new project documentation by creating and updating jobs within the system as they are received.
Maintain high-level accuracy across various business records, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure operational transparency.
Collaborate with the leadership team through cross-training to adapt to new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Strong proficiency in data entry and basic office software.
Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal communication and professional customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated experience using QuickBooks for financial record keeping.
Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction or trade industry.
Familiarity with payroll processing workflows and job-costing documentation.
