Overview:
Beverage Manager
As a Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy bar outlets. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a talented team, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of cocktail servers, bartenders, and support staff, and Supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
- Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of beverage outlets, including bars, and lounges
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
