Education and Experience Required:
Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and one (1) year of experience in print production, project coordination, or marketing operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced computer skills with knowledge of printing and forms management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, Planner and PowerPoint. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, frequent sitting, occasional standing, and frequent walking (occasional-up to 20%, frequent-from 21% to 50%, constant-51% or more).

The University of Mississippi Medical Center, located in Jackson, is the state’s only academic medical center. UMMC encompasses five health science schools, including medicine, nursing, health related professions, dentistry and graduate studies, as well as the site where University of Mississippi pharmacy students do their clinical training.
