Position Overview:We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support customers with travel coordination, reservation assistance, and overall service excellence. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with vacation research, travel options, and itinerary coordinationSupport the reservation process for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packagesCommunicate professionally with clients regarding travel details and timelinesReview booking information for accuracy and completenessMaintain organized client records and documentationProvide follow-up support before and after travel
Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with solid organizational abilitiesComfortable using online systems and digital toolsAbility to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environmentPrevious customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required
