Job Description

Barley Snyder, a law firm of more than 120 attorneys, with over nine Central Pennsylvania offices has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator – Risk & Facilities based in our Lancaster office. 

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the firm’s Infrastructure team. Key duties include coordinating firm insurance renewals; assisting with title agent licensing, title bonds, and insurance matters; supporting facility needs across all office locations; managing office supply procurement; overseeing shipping and postage accounts; and processing vendor invoices for submission to the accounting department. The position also supports various large-scale firm initiatives and projects as needed.

This is a hands-on position requiring candidates to be flexible and prepared to travel and work across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, possess exceptional organizational skills, and maintain close attention to detail. Prior law firm experience is highly preferred, along with advanced proficiency in computer applications.
