Quality Control Inspector

Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm OR 8am-5pm
Pay: $30+/hr

Position Description

• Inspect, test, measure, and sample incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products using appropriate instruments
• Analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications, manuals, and other materials
• Monitor production operations and equipment, read dials and meters, and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments
• Record, evaluate, and report inspection and test data and results
• Clean, maintain, repair, and calibrate measuring instruments and test equipment

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years as a Quality Inspector.
• Skilled with specialized inspection equipment (CMM, comparator, etc.).
• Proficient with inspection tools (microscope, magnifier).
• Ability to perform First Article Inspections accurately.
• Meticulous record-keeping with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ISO compliance and certification processes.
