What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Provide clear, accurate information and help resolve customer inquiries
- Deescalate situations through research, education, and strong listening skills
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
- Guide customers through online system registration and navigation
- Meet performance and quality goals while supporting multiple workgroups
- Identify trends and share insights with leadership
What You Bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience in an officebased call center
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and webbased tools
- Customerfocused mindset with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with cloudbased ACD/CRM systems or Five9
- Insurance/Workers' Comp product knowledge
- Associate degree
Work Environment
- 100% inoffice at our Henderson, NV location (with occasional local travel)
- Sedentary role with typical office equipment use
- Occasional voluntary OT
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Training & Start Date
Start Date: February 17, 2026
Must be available for two uninterrupted weeks of training.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.50/hr
- $21.50/hr for Bilingual Spanish
