On behalf of our OEM partners, we produce and ship thousands of private-labeled, genuine OEM parts and assemblies to contractors and distributors across the Western Hemisphere. Additionally, we help our partners navigate their supply chain challenges by supplementing their manufacturing lines and providing the crucial support for small to medium-run production needs. Our goal is to be invaluable to our partners and invisible to their customers so our clients can focus on what they do best.

Today, TruCut brings together over 100 unique and talented people every day to operate 3 manufacturing facilities located in Salem and Sebring, Ohio and 1 distribution center in Alliance, Ohio. Right now, we are looking to bolster our team with an individual who can join our Sales and Customer Service department and help to drive strategic growth within our industry.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Focused on learning and mastering basic processes, workflows, and customer service tools.
  • Works closely with teammates for guidance and oversight.
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Enter customer purchase orders/releases and set up for shipment per each customer’s requirements.
  • Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Monitor production and advise customers of any problems or delays to meet their required ship/delivery dates.
  • Responsible for providing tracking information to each customer once product is shipped.
  • Will interact with trucking and logistics companies to set up and ensure delivery of products on time.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer questions quickly and accurately.
  • Detailed and organized.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
