Pay Rate: $60-$70 per hour
Duration: 10 Months

Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead delivery across two parallel initiatives: a multi-phase Collateral Management platform build and the implementation of a new Corporate Actions vendor solution. This role is execution-focused, with heavy coordination across internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project planning, governance, and execution across both programs
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, and dependency tracking
• Produce executive-level reporting, including steering committee updates and status decks
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders across the US, UK, and India
• Track testing progress, risks, and readiness in partnership with dedicated QA teams

Program Focus Areas

Collateral Management

• Phase 1 delivery (cash VM, cleared futures/options, triparty UMR) targeting summer go-live
• Phase 2 expansion with increased functionality and complexity later in the year
• Heavy data, testing, and vendor coordination requirements

Corporate Actions

• Implementation of a new vendor platform to enhance corporate actions capabilities
• Establish initial delivery plan with Product, then focus on execution tracking and communication
• Support a year-end go-live with at least one client onboarded

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex financial services initiatives
• Strong planning, governance, and cross-team coordination skills
• Experience managing vendors and distributed global teams
• Comfortable working in Jira-based delivery environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of collateral management or corporate actions processing
• Experience delivering data-heavy or post-trade platforms
