Overview:
The Count Room Supervisor is responsible for assuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Count Room in accordance with gaming regulations and accounting procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient overall operation of the Count Room and staff.
- Assure that Count Room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations.
- Completion of financial reports, paper work, and security of information within.
- Assure compliance of internal controls for all accounting and cash handling.
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates.
- Manage processes and procedures to reduce loss time injuries.
- Review count room activities with Count Room Manager.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Five to seven years’ experience in casino finance or banking with a 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Valid gaming license.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.

- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
