Check mail and email daily; route, respond, or escalate as appropriate
Communicate with field staff and coordinate necessary updates or documentation
Assist with processing payroll
Enter and manage basic financial data using QuickBooks
Complete permit applications and compile billing documentation
Maintain digital and paper records in an organized manner
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily correspondence and task tracking
Support basic office operations as needed
2+ years administrative or office assistant experience (construction industry a plus)
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and consistency in daily workflows
Knowledge of construction permitting and billing processes is a plus
Must be based in or near Little Ferry, NJ

Part-Time: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (20 hours total)
Consistent daily hours required, between 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (schedule set at hire)
